Red Congo Philodendron in 6 inch Pot

Rich colour, glossy foliage and a little tropical drama. Rojo Congo unfurls coppery-red new leaves that mature into deep green, set against burgundy-purple stems. Why You'll Love It

Plant Care Tips

• Place in bright, indirect light. Avoid harsh direct sunlight that can scorch the foliage.
• Water when the top few centimetres of soil feel dry. Check soil moisture rather than following a fixed schedule.
• Allow excess water to drain completely and never leave the roots sitting in water.
• Use a loose, well-draining potting mix and a pot with drainage holes.
• Keep in a warm spot away from cold drafts, strong air-conditioning and direct heat sources.
• Gently wipe dusty leaves with a soft damp cloth. Allow new leaves to unfurl naturally and inspect regularly for pests.

Important Notes

• Every living plant is unique; height, leaf count, spread and colour may differ from the photograph.
• Red tones are most noticeable in new growth; mature leaves naturally become deep green.
• The 6-inch measurement refers to the pot, not the plant's height or shipping package.
• Watering needs vary with light, temperature, pot size and soil moisture.
• Philodendron contains calcium oxalate crystals and can cause irritation if chewed or ingested. Keep out of reach of children and pets; this plant is not intended for consumption.
