Our Quality Promise

Because flowers are natural, living things, we take extra care to ensure they reach you in the best condition. If you are not happy with what you receive, we want to make it right.

Returns & Exchanges

Since floral arrangements are perishable, we cannot accept returns once the flowers have been delivered and accepted.

  • Damaged Flowers: If your arrangement arrives damaged or in poor condition, please contact us immediately (within 2 hours of delivery).
  • Proof Needed: Please send us a quick photo of the arrangement so we can see what went wrong and improve our service.

Refunds

If we agree that the flowers did not meet our quality standards, we will process your refund promptly.

  • Processing Time: Refunds are sent back to your original payment method (card, UPI, etc.) within 5–7 business days.
  • Cancellations: If you need to cancel your order, please do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time for a full refund.
