1. Fresh Flowers & Variations

Flowers are natural, unique living things created by mother nature. Because of this, no two stems look exactly identical:

• Photos vs Reality: The flower setups shown on our store are examples. Your actual arrangement might look slightly different in shape, bloom size, or exact shade.
• Season Changes: If a specific flower is out of stock due to the time of year, our team will replace it with an equally beautiful flower of the same value or higher.

2. Pricing & Payments

We always try to keep our pricing clear and up to date. Prices for our premium collections can shift depending on seasonal availability (like Valentine’s Day or festival seasons). When checking out, your payment goes through 100% secure, encrypted gateways. We never see or hold onto your passwords or bank details.

3. Delivery Details

We deliver right to addresses in Bengaluru. It is your job to give us an accurate delivery location, active phone number, and name during checkout. If our drivers arrive and cannot reach you, or if the address is completely wrong, we cannot offer a refund because fresh flowers spoil quickly outside.

4. Changes and Cancellations

Need to adjust your order? Let us know at least 24 hours before your picked delivery day. Since we order and prep delicate fresh items especially for you, we cannot cancel or swap an order once our team has already designed and crafted the arrangement.
